I work on CRM and lifecycle systems for B2B and B2C teams, sitting between marketing, operations, and data. My focus is helping teams understand what’s happening in their funnel and making systems easier to use and trust.

Most teams I’ve worked with already have tools in place but struggle with unclear processes, inconsistent follow-ups, or messy data. I help simplify CRM structure, lifecycle flows, and reporting, often in tools like HubSpot and Braze.

I’ve supported teams across fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and consulting, and I’m now focused on moving into an in-house role, especially in healthcare and other data-driven environments.

Outside of work, I’m usually biking around town, planning my next trip, or working on a new craft project. I like racket sports, and I’ll always choose matcha over coffee.
