I'm a lifecycle and CRM strategist with 9+ years building retention and engagement programs in regulated industries - fintech, health associations, and data-sensitive environments.
 

I work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data. Most teams I come into already have tools in place. What they're missing is clarity: a system that's documented, consistent, and built to hold up as the organization grows or the regulatory landscape shifts.
 

My work has spanned member engagement for national health associations, lifecycle programs managing over a million contacts in fintech, and CRM migrations where compliance and data integrity were non-negotiable. Healthcare and regulated industries are where I do my best work.
 

Outside of work, I'm usually biking around town, planning my next trip, or working on a new craft project. I like racket sports, and I'll always choose matcha over coffee.
